When you shop at BLACKOPS.CO.NZ you can be sure you're getting the best deal.  We strive to offer our customers the lowest prices.  We constantly monitor other company prices and adjust our prices accordingly to give you the best price possible.  If you ever find a lower price anywhere online, just contact us and request a price match.

The BLACKOPS accepts a variety of payment methods. 
 
Credit Card
 
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All credit card transactions are processed via Paypal New Zealand over an encrypted SSL line. We do not store your credit card details. With real-time payment processing, your funds are transferred to our account and your order is shipped immediately.
 
Bank Transfer
 
You can pay by internet banking or bank deposit. Please use your order I.D as your reference so we can match your payment to your order. Your order is shipped when your payment clears in our account.

 Orders & Delivery 

New Zealand Orders & Delivery
All orders are delivered to your door anywhere within New Zealand, via Fastway Couriers. Track your order all the way from our Nelson dispatch team to your door with your unique tracking number. Click here to track and trace your order.
 
Delivery
 
Fastway Couriers require someone to sign for your order unless you have agreed otherwise, so please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address. If there is no one there, the courier will leave a calling card or will attempt to deliver it again. We cannot deliver to a P.O Box. 
 
Here are our delivery time estimates:
- Christchurch – same day or next day
- North Island - next day to 3 days
- South Island (outside of Christchurch) - next day to 3 days
 
Australian Orders & Delivery
 
Choose from untracked air mail or tracked courier delivery at check out. Tracked courier deliveries are insured.  We take no responsibility for untracked air mail deliveries that do not arrive. Let us know if you would like a photo of your air mail delivery via email before it is dispatched. 
 
- Courier delivery is 2 - 3 working days door to door.
- Air Mail is 3 - 6 working days door to door. 
 
International Orders & Delivery
 
We ship to most foreign countries. However you may have to pay customs and importing charges at your end (if applicable) and please be aware that some countries may have specific requirements relating to the importation of New Zealand products. Contact us for international delivery terms, conditions and pricing. 
 
 Reward Points 

Purchases from the BLACKOPS Store automatically earn reward points. When you check out, you can select to use all of your reward points to reduce the cost of your purchase.  $100 = 1 Point = $1.00

OUTDOOR GEAR NZ & BLACKOPS® is committed to providing the highest quality gear to match the needs and expectations of its customers.  In instances where the product does not meet your expectation, must be returned for warranty coverage or needs to be returned for any other reason the following terms and procedures should be followed:

GENERAL RETURNS:

Items may be returned in new and unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit.  Items returned for other than store credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  OUTDOOR GEAR NZ & BLACKOPS does not reimburse return shipping expenses. All goods must be returned prior to any replacements being sent.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

Before returning items for warranty issues, please contact Customer Service by emailing sales@blackops.co.nz , whereas each item is subject to specific warranty coverage and return procedures.

Returned items may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer.  The return shipping box should be marked clearly with the ORDER#, otherwise your return may not be received, but returned unopened.

If your order arrives damaged

Please contact customer service by email to sales@blackops.co.nz for instructions. Please save the original packaging and damaged goods.
